How do I order from Designs for Me?
Ordering Online - shop online at our secure, easy to use site www.designsforme.com.au. Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation. if you don't get one, contact us - you may not have completed the order process, or the email address you entered may have an error. Orders will not be sent out until payment has been received.
Ordering via voucher redemtion. Your voucher must be redeemed prior to the expiration date (via the method stated on the voucher) - orders redeemed after this date will not be accepted. Once you have redeemed your voucher you freight monies (if applicable) must be recieved by us within 14 working days of you receiving the freight payment notice from us via email. If you fail to do this Designs for Me reserves the right to void your voucher. All vouchers redeemed after the expiration date, are required to have images and monies finalised 14 days after this date. Failure to do so, will void your voucher.
Is the item I want in stock?
Your product is manufactured in our Brisbane workshop buy skilled craftsmen specifically for you upon placing your order. If there is an unexpected delay, for example availability of materials you will be contacted as soon as possible. As each product is individually custom made for you, there is a 10 to 14 day wait for manufacture.
What payment methods do Designs For Me accept?
Direct Banking (in Australian Dollars) A convenient method of payment, you can do direct deposit via the Internet or over-the-counter at any NAB bank, directly into the Designs For Me bank account. Details of the account will be displayed both at during the checkout process and in your confirmation email. Account Details - Designs for Me, Bank of Queensland (BOQ), BSB - 124 013; Account Number - 22186234. Please note that your order will not be processed until we have received the funds into our account.
Credit Card (in Australian Dollars) Make payments online with your Visa, Mastercard (no surcharge) and American Express (3% surcharge). Upon checkout, simply select the option to pay by credit card through paymate or via the Advam gateway. You will then be redirected to a secure-server page where you can enter your credit card information. You will then be prompted to confirm or cancel the transaction. When a transaction is successful, we will then provide you with an electronic receipt via email.
Money Orders/Cheques (in Australian Dollars) Please note that if you choose to send a personal cheque your order will not be sent until the funds have cleared.

What shipping options do you offer?
All our products will be shipped by Fastway couriers direct to your door. If you aren't home when the courier arrives they will leave a calling card and will organise a convenient time for drop off. All of our parcels are tracked via Fastway Couriers you can track your parcel via their Website - www.fastway.com.au, you enter your label number into 'Track and Trace', click on 'Trace' and the results will be displayed. We will forward the item label number to you via the dispatched email you will receive from us. For some areas we may use Australia Post as the shipping might take significantly longer with Fastway Couriers.
How long will shipping take?
We endeavor to expedite this process but as we have such a vast nation, some areas will require extra delivery time.
South east Queensland - 1-2 days
Major cities and towns on the coast between Brisbane and Canberra - 1-2 days
Major cities and towns on the coast between Brisbane and Mackay - 1- 2 days
Far North Queensland major towns - 1-3 days
Adelaide, Melbourne, Hobart, Bendigo, Albury Wodonga, Geelong, Launceston - 1-3 days
Perth - 7-10 days
All towns in Victoria and Tasmania - 7-10 days
Most towns in Queensland and NSW (excluding outback) - 7-10 days
All other towns and cities in all other states - 10-15 days.
Shipping will cost between $11.50 and $48, dependant on the distance the product has to be shipped. It should be noted that all products are shipped out of Brisbane.

How about international orders

Oops - I made a mistake and want to cancel/change my order!
Please contact us via phone or email as soon as possible so we can stop processing the order. Orders that are already in transit cannot be changed or cancelled. Please refer to the return and refund policy section for greater details.
If your order is found to be defective
Please contact us by email, fax or telephone and arrange to return the goods for exchange.
Any such claims must be made within 7 working days of receipt of products.
Refunds will not be given unless we are unable to supply the same goods in exchange.
Any freight costs incurred are not refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
We don't accept responsibility for the quality of the image that has been sent to us, and if you accept a proof from us you accept that you are happy will all aspects of the proof.
We don't accept any responsibility for damage that may have been caused in transit or by any means from when it leaves our premises.
All products are checked throughly prior to dispatch from our premises for defects and imperfections.
If you are returning a product and have paid via direct debit your monies will be transfered into your account after you inform us of your account details. If you have paid by credit card, your monies will be reimbersed via that credit card. It should be noted that we don't keep a record of any credit card information, this process will be completed through Advam.
